Description:

This course provides students with the knowledge necessary for supporting customers and field engineers and skills necessary for planning and design, installation, performance tuning, troubleshooting the CommVault Common Technology Engine (CTE). Practical examples and "Hands-on" labs are used to reinformce the concepts in this course such as planning and designing a CommCell, best practices, common problems and solutions for installation of software components and device configuration, tools for problem analysis and performance tuning, and successful troubleshooting methodologies. While the course uses the most recent available version of the software, the presented concepts and best practices are applicable to all supported versions.
